I love how Web 2.0 services always seem to be in a beta stage.

If it's not being tested, it's not beta anymore. I'm not quite sure why you felt the "supposed" development stage of the site was as dimensionally important as the name itself (BETA is HUGE.)

They already had the text and they didn't want it changed. They just wanted it to be developed into more of a logo. But your right about things in Beta. Alot of people are actually getting upset because this product doesn't seem to be coming out of Beta.
