This turned out good looking, but I would rethink about the message a bit again. To form the letter 'z' out of the pencil you had to break it at 2 spot and it sends out a bit aggressive point of view. Those left overs go with that impression. Now, there's the other side of the story, like 20% of the people might translate this as ''you bent some rules to achieve what you want'' which is not bad at all, but 20% is... That's just my opinion...
