I've seen during time similar approaches, the Comunicação part is very less visible and i think the type is a little too small? The general feeling of this is that it looks good, just i had those observations, maybe you find a way to make it even better!

It reminds me of antiparticle for two reasons. One it's the same approach with the circles. Two it's the same approach with the single colors circle.
