I like the colors and it works well as a mark. However, the ac design on the left is really unoriginal and I've seen it done with the same and similar letters many times before.

I have to agree that its not "state of the art originality" but clients demand was that this kind of sign has to be used, because they wanted "infinity" sign to be presented. This is the best solution by now.

It reminds me of the TV show, "The OC" not infinity, So I would say their are more ways to present the infinity symbol, especially since the infinity symbol is broken here, which means it isn't "infinity"
