I dig it. have you tried making the swan's eye white instead of orange? minor detail, but it could make the swan look less "evil". Just a thought.

It's nice, but the head feels awkward right now. The beak is too long and the trapped negative space is killing me. I would try shortening the beak and added a bit more curve to it. Also, have you tried without the eye? I don't feel it's necessary. The eye is so small right now that you wouldn't see it anyways at smaller scales. As for the type, I think it's going to work but I'm having trouble with the kerning between the letters. The space between "s" and "w" is so tight but then opens wide for the "a." Try reducing the space between the letters a bit more. Good luck!

Oh, that's an old work and now I'm not happy with my logo, cause I wanna do something different. You know, it's always a big problem to do your personal mark. Thank you for the useful comment!
