The thick border of your elements makes it appear very flat, and overall you have a *lot* of negative space which needs to go. The lions backs need a more pronounced arched, and their paws look a little wimpy. The actual name of the hotel is extremely minimalized compared to the rest, and those 4 stars are a little superfluous.

i agree with kult, the symbols are too over powering and you can read the name at all. also this doesn't give me a hotel like feeling, it's more of a medieval era castle both through the symbols and typeface. in hotels people look for comfort, home away from home and gentle place.
