Great mark! Change the colors. Right now the emphasis is on "nductor" due to the strong color, which takes the viewers eye away from the mark. The emphasis should be placed on the entire logo or the mark itself.

To continue on Alto's idea, if it has to be in duocolor, what about 'Conduct' in orange and 'or' in blue? It might be a nice hidden message...
