lovely font! the eyes of the hawk looks a bit off IMO, but the flow of the mark is real smooth...why brown for the bg? when the brand is aquatic?

This is really nice Quirk! I agree that the eye is off a tad. Also, have you tried flipping it so that the eagle and wave face to the right so as to lead the viewer's eye over the company name? Just a suggestion :) Wonderful work!
