Why would you even say "it's probably just me" at all? Clearly the three people above you were already talking about what they were seeing. They just had the decency to not come right out and say it, your tact is astounding. :
To the designer: Perhaps a small white stroke to indicate the inner bend of the hind leg (like you did with the front) so that perverts don't get the pleasure of being just that.
oh, Mister Jone's tact was not that bad. he was blunt, but not overly crude. there have been much, much worse sexual observations made throughout this site. I've been guilty of it myself. maybe it is because I know what a dog's penis looks like that I did not and still do not see it in this logo (I've also never imagined human parts on other animals). however, that being said, I agree with GH that adding a bit more detail to that back leg will help without taking away from the drawing.
i am flattered that my design has seemingly creeped into darkest crevices of the human mind. heh.
what if i said it is a siamese cat protecting it's chocolate eclair? heheh.
so, i am not sure the sexual observation is overt enough to make a change. working some add'l details into the hind leg would result in lower printability at a smaller size.
it is an Egyptian Sight Dog though - :)

My apologies, guess I wasn't having the best night last night. I still think mister jones' comment was tactless, unnecessary, nor did it contribute anything. But it was blunt, that's for sure. And I wasn't referring to anyone in particular with the pervert comment, just perverts in general. Admittedly, I am quite a pervert myself... but still I didn't see it until it was mentioned.

i think it contributed to the conversation about the logo. he used "scientifically correct" terminology, not slang.
when critiquing design work, comments need to be made outright. a critique is not a personal attack, but an honest feedback session where you should not be afraid to state your opinion about a design (albeit non-personal and non-rude).
in looking at this further, trying to be objective, i realize that since the "boner" isn't styled like, nor in proportion to, any other part of the dog, i will leave it. let the perverts rejoice!
