I agree with Brandon. The logo is well executed and really beautiful, just a couple of minor tweaks.
the i does read as an l in "Side"
Also 'productions' looks out of place. Its well placed but I do not even think it is needed. Maybe a more 'sunny' typeface if you know what I mean. The type-writer feel for that just is not working for me.

Great job though! I like it a lot.

Very good looking, i think it's more likely to be a marketing logo, because of the egg resembling.
