OK, well I think it works as a logo and should float. To me voting 'sinks' says it sucks or does not work or make it as a logo and this does not suck IMO.Works for me Kevin.

well from our conversations in the forum this is what i came up with for a hard and fast like it or dont like it, once i put up the voting system again it should give a more indepth response on and actual critic basis.

Yeah, the bird is great. The body language makes it seem like it's begging for a new birdhouse. ;) I think the font works very well too. It contrasts a bit from the bird illustration, but to me, it flows well as a whole. The font actually makes me think of a birdhouse with it's rigid, squared off serifs. I really like the 'r' and the two 'c's.

It's nice in it's simplicity! The birdie looks like it needs to be perched on something. Is there a way to raise the bird up, set it on a simple, birdhouse roof line? This would alleviate people seeing the logo and thinking it's a bird FEED company. You do nice work.

I love this. There's a playful simplicity that I really enjoy here.

Just being nit-picky...shouldn't it be "bird's choice"? Grammatically speaking I think you need the apostrophe to denote possession...

The tip of the bird's wing is really flirting at being the apostrophe. The wing would be in the way if an apostrophe was added.

Thanks for the great comments. I know it should be (birds' choice) but the client had never used an apostrophe and didn't want to start.

Superb visual.

I hate to say it, since the design is so nice, but I would criticize this because it does not reflect the business. With the bird house would be improvement.

I have one thought for this excellent bird to be peeking from bird house and name of company to be in balloon from mouth. Lot of ideas like that. Then present compact design used for secondary page, etc.

I agree with Mr.Ford, it could have been pushed a bit further. Also, I think maybe taking out the body line where the wing covers it? It might look better, It might not. But anyway, nice work.
