Bravo! This is a 5-STAR logo without a doubt. Beautiful illustration, typeface, colours, presentation - they all fit perfectly with one another. Well done!
The illustrated elephant is very nice, I think the form & shape fits very good to the Typo - very harmonic.
But the movement of the elephant isn't good I think...
Only an idea: Maybe you try to mirror the elephant, because now it seems that he is moving backwards. And moving backwards isn't positive for a software brand.
So if you mirror the elephant he will move from left to right - forward - which might have a positive effect.
Another thing: The elephant looks very sad, because the angled front foot could be interpreted as his mouth and together with the eye it looks very sad to me.
Maybe you could work on those details, but in shape & typo the logo is good!
Thank you all. I'll consider your advice, it's reasonable especially the piece concerning the direction of the elephant. I didn't think about it. Kamila

I like the shading on the elephant. I like the comments on the direction of the leap...subliminal messages are important to pay attention to. My only comment would be to lessen the registered copyright mark. It drew my eye one too many times.
I agree that left to right movement would be the more accepted approach, but this seems to be such a cute, bouncy, rebellious elephant that the right to left movement actually suits him, in my opinion!

Looks to me like the elephant is concentrating on the leap, that's why he's squinting.

Nahlik looks a bit strong though... disturbs the viewability of the wonderful mark..
could use a sleeker and a gentle type...
