any feedback?

I think it's a strong mark. Simple, memorable, I don't think I'd change a thing. Can't wait to see some accompanying type!

Siah-Design said on Mar. 16 '09

I agree, love the mark. Simple and effective.

renalicious said on Mar. 16 '09

I would make the angle of the faucet sharper. It will protect the integrity of the cross while still clearly representing a faucet.

renalicious said on Mar. 16 '09

a ninety degree angle with round corners, I mean.

Kudos - I like it a lot.

itsgareth said on Mar. 16 '09

Nice concept Sean. Maybe increase the length on the bottom stem as when I first saw it I thought of "medical" cross rather than "religious". Either way, great!

jerron said on Mar. 16 '09

I agree with itsgareth.

theartistt said on Mar. 16 '09

it is fine as is, but the tweaks mentioned above are all good.

gyui said on Mar. 16 '09

agree with renalicious, you almost lose the cross with such a round arm.

Lawrence Anderson said on Mar. 16 '09

I agree with Gareth. I first saw medical as well. Bump up the bottom stem by 25% and I think you are good.

cobaltcow said on Mar. 16 '09

- great mark
- add a bit of length to the bottom stem
- flip the image horizontal so the tap is on the right
- straighten the inside part of the faucet so that it comes straight out and curves down. that should also fix the issue of the round part coming out the other side slightly beneath the opposite arm.

Everything mentioned above. Couldn't have said it better. Such a great community!

^what he said.

penflare said on Mar. 16 '09

@everyone - thank ya much, I did present the client with a longer stem, but after seeing this I'm sure we'll probably find a happy medium between the two.

@cobalt - i'll try switching the faucet to the right

thanks everyone

penflare said on Mar. 16 '09

@cobalt cow - flipping the faucet to the right creates an r - I wanted to maintain the Cross and the letter T for "the well"

903creative said on Mar. 16 '09

This is really nice. I agree with the feedback above about straightening the faucet and extending the bottom stroke. But I dig it.

mesa designs said on Mar. 16 '09

Wow fantastic! So clean. I saw a faucet at first though.

For some reason this mark looks better than the one with the type on it.
