Very cool idea. The connection between the two yellow forms to the left could be better and perhaps the composition could be optimised. I like it all in all.

I bookmarked this logo a long time ago... and seeing again... the explanation of what means a "katana" was not written anywhere... So for everyone... a katana is a Japanese sword... that makes the logo even more great I think in combining both shape so well.
