Get the different layers to make an L and a W. I think that would be great.

mesa: We tried very hard, but were ultimately unsuccessful at incorporating "LW" into the mark. Some of our previous designs were based on variations of the letters L & W, however, we decided that a more abstract and geometric interpretation of "layers" was the way to go.
Paul: The type is set in Trade Gothic Extended: one of my personal favorites. Currently, our company consists of three individuals which is why part of the fourth circle was excluded. Our hope was that placing "LayerWorks" to the right of the mark would act as the forth wheel, so to speak.
