yeah the mark is on point maybe without the black arrow, i like the line it completes the helmet, maybe just take the arrow points off.

I'm not a big fan of how the orange goes out past the black line on the right. I would keep it within and just have the white on the left side between the orange and the black.

Very nicely done logo. The type is so clean and strong, and I think that the offset in the mark gives it that something extra. Floated and Fav'd.
