I would recommend removing the lines from the letters that don't need them, or at least from THE, since it's smaller it kinda crowds it and makes it harder to read.

Powerful logo no doubt! The color (on my monitor) borders on the pinkish side of red. Maybe a deep purple, signifying the royalty of 'The King of Kings' instead?
You don't necessarily need "THE" in the logo at all. Maybe just "BLOC" - period. Why not introduce the hint of a descending dove, crown of thorns, or a Trinity symbol in the ink spray located in the lower left? Good luck.

I like this, and I don't often get to design like this myself. I think you need to keep the lines in to retain the stencil feel though. I once did something similar here: http://www.openspacecastlebar.com
