My fail... I should have be written on the logo description this very important detail. The stethoscope forming the clown is the soul of this logo. Is something about finding humour in a very "serious" environment.

Fantastic mark. Although, the type doesn't seem to be as effective. Don't get me wrong, the logo is very nice, but I think a type treatment with rounded ends would be more effective. Also, the 'com' text is barely readable. Still, this deserves the front spot!
