I feel that a different font with the same treatment will work better.
It seems forced.
Also, light blue says cool, not hot.

I can agree with the font crit. Kept it pretty basic intentionally though.

A far as the color. Your point is exactly what I was trying to convey. A fun play on color irony. One could also argue the fact that the blue part of the flame is hotter than the red.

Anyway, thanks for your feedback.
