There is a bit of visual tension at the top of the birds head. Also the eye is not really working. I would try it without. But it really is a beautiful illustration and lovely idea!

I'm OK with the bird's head, but I agree that the eye is unnecessary, especially since its stroke weight is significantly thinner than that of the rest of the mark. I'd either try to find a way to connect it in the continuous line style you've established, or get rid of it, and let the form and color describe it as a dove. Otherwise, really really strong work!

I think that that the eye of the bird is ok, must be smth that keeps harmony with the font, therefore some thin graphics (like the eye) in the bird drawing are necessary.
It's lovely logo! Very nice style! Congrats with the great work!

I really like it! I just think that if it was mine, I´d try to remove the dark lines (making them white, like if it was cut) and change the hand color to blue, because it would generate a dicotomy sky/hand.
