FWIW I can't think of any exact similarities.

Thanks for your time and feedback guys. I'll use my best judgement before I proceed. There is way too many logos out there, and sometimes similarities happen unintentionally. My take on it is if it's not 100% the same, or a complete rip off, and as long as it doesn't conflict with any copyrights from another company in a similar industry, then it should be fine. I do have other options though, just in case.
