I really like the mark. I'm not sure it works perfectly for an exporting business, but close enough.

before producing this logo, i obtained all information about this company. according to info, they are exporting the goods to anywhere of the world. (i used world symbol) and the company has 5 business sectors (the layers in the world are those sectors). logo has only one colour, because i want to prevent changing the colour when it is printing in different papers and different printing office.

i guess, uib's owner must have thought as you did and found it too complex. because in spite of choosing my work among 50 works, they gave up it after a month, and choosed another work. but their logo was not like my designing way. 'uludag' is a mount in bursa, turkey. and bursa is known 'green'. and the designer used those data and produced it. (http://www.uib.org.tr)

Well then you have another industry to sell to. Actually, I have a client who has been going back and forth on a logo for the siesmic drilling industry. I'll see if they would be interested in this one, if you don't mind.
