I like the concept but the arrangement of the elements could be better. It looks like 3 separate elements right now. Try putting the red shapes to the left, then PRObyteGroup on the right, side by side, and creative developers below PRObyteGroup in a smaller size. Keep the text below the horizontal halfway point of the red shapes.
