I like the mark but the name isn't working with it.IMO, and it depends on what the company does. I see a wing so it gives me the feel of aviation, and the name could be "FLY MUSIC" for an example, and if you flip the shape horizontally, you'll get the hint of an "F" in the black colored portion ;) it would make more since :)

But all in all I love the mark and its nicely done
