I like this a lot, great mark! My only suggestion is maybe the little stroke highlights on your type and around your mark are unneccessary, it makes everything seem like it's shaking or moving.

i'm not sure if if hot crispy bread is what i feel through the little marks, i was feeling more that the picture was shaking or the logo was in an earthquake. I still like the style and concept. i tend to think of bakeries as calm relaxing places to have some good pastries. just my 2 cents.
