I don't like the yellow heart on the belly. Very distracting. It appears the line outlining the lower hand is thicker than the lines outlining the legs and upper hand. Lower hand is probably not needed at all. The kerning needs work int he type. Too much space around the T and the O of TO is too close to the B. Everything else looks nice and heartwarming.

I agree with THEArtistT about the right (lower) hand being unnecessary. The heart is also unnecessary as the pregnant belly is very recognizable. That said, you could also crop the logo just above the leg part of the image, then put the word MOM in that lower space with TO BE stacked and to the right of the word MOM. It would make for a very solid logo.
