Due to having the word 'professional' in the name of the company you may want to consider using proper capitalization. The people are also unnecessary. With a good solid font and some good spacing I think you could have a much more powerful logo. That said, if the client wants the little people I would consider reducing it to a single person and having that icon somehow part of the company name as you have two different 'i's to play with in the name.
