I believe it is. I mean, I only use it for my website so it's a very strong mark for those who have seen it before. That's really all I was "maybe" going for with this. :)

This is a nice piece of clip-art, nothing more. Adding gradients, aqua-gloss and a drop shadow doesn't make a piece of artwork a logo.

Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice piece of art, but a logo it is not!

Well bryanveloso, I **could** be more insulting, but I don't see a reason to be insulting at all. I wasn't trying to be insulting.

This is a very nice illustration. But this isn't "Illustration Pond" it's LOGO Pond.

A logo has to convey an image to a name to help build a brand. This is just an illustration of a shield. It conveys nothing to me. In other words, it's nothing more than a nifty piece of artwork.

I don't think I'm being insulting at all. I think it's a valid critique. If you don't agree, that's your opinion. But that doesn't make my opinion any less valid, and it certainly doesn't make it an insult just because you don't agree with it.

Seriously, This is the Logo that makes me Crazy this is the First ever Logo i ever seen!! This Logo symbolizes Protection and Strength although its a shield and metal. Very Good Job you have the Great Taste! I would give that 6 Out 5 as the rating max is 5 so i gave me outstanding 6!

I'm 100% with CreativeGuy on this one, except I don't think it resembles clip art in any way. This is a very nice illustration though. Maybe I'm 'old school' in this field. A Paul Rand devote I guess... As far as a logo? An identity? A brand mark? In my book, identity (logo) design is all about capturing the essence of an 'entity' visually, and communicating that through an idea that balances FORM and FUNCTION in a relevant, unique, and memorable way. As far as 'corporate identity' design, it says nothing in any 'functional' kind of way to me. I wouldn't even see a bird unless 'phoenix' was near the mark. As far as 'creative identity'? Yeah. It works for a creative individual. Good job Bryan! I too love LogoPond! I wish I knew about it sooner.

Hey guys new here. Interesting forms and shapes on this one. I think I would like it better with a nice font incorporated somehow and less photoshop effects. I like it for what it is though.
