I like the kangeroo color thing..
koloroo is a fun name, placement and scale is weird but its got the right feel

The colors are a little muddled.. I think you shoulder consider brightening/saturating them a bit more. Also, the huge round hump on the Kangaroo is pretty strange.

At this juncture the kangaroo is excellent (I personally like the colors and do not see the need to saturate). The logo has a lot of impact already... so much impact that the name in constrast looks dramatically too weak. It is good to preserve the contrast but the name is good so the typo and spacing needs to be revisited to give the reading the hint of interest it deserve.

Thanks for the feedback. I am going to revisit the type in the future. We actually ended up launching the product this way. - - But I have never really been sold on the type. I'll post it with some new type soon. Thanks again!

The icon doesn't quite match the playfulness of the font although it's close. The curve of the tail is too sharp at it's base. The bottom foot is too dominant (this may be a size or color issue). The front paw is too sharp and abrupt in comparison the the rest of the kangaroo.

Subtleties aside it's a great direction.
