I don't think you need the real ipod in the final version of the logo ... the icon version on the bag will do. Nice concept although it seems like you are to cram too much text on the bag. Especially the 'dub u' which I didn't even read as 'w' at first. All I was thinking about was what all the gibberish was doing at the top.

I think just having 'feed seeder' and the ipod icon, and maybe a bit less textural detail in the bag you're got a very successful logo.

I would like to see this without the bag and top iPod image all together. I love the type solution with the black 'iPod' like graphic. The colors are strong. It all goes well together. You could even leave the bag texture within the type, but without all the other imagery. Does that all make sense? I hope so.
