Love the brand name and overall concept. I feel the mark could use just a little more development. Perhaps making the tail bigger in relation to the music note? Also, something about the way the tail connects to the music note isn't quite there yet. It feels slightly forced. Can it be more fluid? Overall, great logo, Sean!

I agree with OcularInk, maybe increase the tail arch, make the curves more drastic and dynamic. It's a good idea, I just think it looks a little stiff. The round font looks good. It looks like fox and beats are two slightly different shades? Maybe play that up a little more to see what that looks like.

@occular - thank you much, i have revised the logo and re uploaded as a new entry onto logopond, would love to hear your thoughts on that one.

@artspark - changed the colors of the fonts, good idea
