pretty good, but I'm not too sure why it is standing like that, I think I might like it more if it was just sitting normal.

I'm pretty sure the M was turned like that to evoke an 'E' for 'Elite'. Even so, it makes me think of this one.

I doubt that this is even a rip off. It just seems like an obvious attempt at making an E out of an m. As it is I don't like it at all but maybe if the form of the m was more easily identifiable as an E when on its side.
