The bite out of the chocolate looks a little odd. I think it's the tiny circles that are throwing me off. maybe not needed? also, your "&" color is not matching the mark. I like the concept overall though.

I would move the & up to actually connect with the 'c' of chocolate. The space doesn't work with how you have the 'e' touching it and the 'l' touching the piece of chocolate. also move the text over just a smidge to make it balance better visually with the graphic elements. Just tiny tweaks. Love the mark!
