I think the border of the tie needs some work. Guess I don't really like the white, not sure.

@itgareth: I did do a version with a bowler hat and another with a Mac rather than a shirt/tie...but I'm undecided. I need to revise this and make a few tweaks to the logo. I'll upload when I'm 100% happy :)

I know I'm way late in this comment (just found logopond.com) but I like the logo. I'm curious to see what it'd look like if the monkey's tie was the "i" of "business".
I do agree that the size of the emblem is too big in proportion to the text but it wouldn't be the same without the tie.

Thanks for the comment nathan. You are right the icon is too big for the text but this one has been put to bed :( it never materialised into anything.
I did do a similar tweak to the one you described. I may upload it again in the next few days. keep a look out :)
