There is a well known restaurant in Melbourne, Australia called "Pearl":http://www.pearlrestaurant.com.au/ with a pretty similar logo. If you're trying to sell this as a 'restaurant logo' you might like to take a peek...

you could probably change it to 'bear' or 'bead' pretty easy if you're worried about pearl being too close to the other one.
