The mark is really strong and professional. The type just seems a little too playful. Or, if playful is what they're going for, then perhaps the mark needs to play more ;)

It was a delicated balance. The brand shoud be strong but not tecnologycal, human, but not too playfull. Its a long story...

I think the icon and the type work perfectly together. The typeface adds a certain uniqueness to the logo. Good job, adding it to my favs now!
