sweet! you should check this site: http://www.inventivhealth.com :it shows similar break-up of the main logo in to several subdivisions. this is what i call BRANDING success.
Nice work, I like the variations to the right, particularly the community one. There's a sense of dimension with that one that is different with the others, but you haven't changed anything but the position of the shapes. Very cool.

Great logo, 4 stars. I'm a big fan of marks that can transform to fit an application but still belong to a 'family' almost. My crit would be that the gradients might be a bit messy at smaller sizes. Very nicely done.
I really like how you have sub branded the logo(s). I also appreciate your refreshing approach to the overly used MS color combination, my only concern is reproducing these as solids such as black and white, other than that it's an attractive design. Nice work
It is completely unclear what these variations represent. They're just colorful arcs.
In fact, it doesn't look like even you know what they're supposed to be, considering the arcs are apparently as interchangeable as you'd like them to be. You even made a little person out of them! What's the person represent?
I felt like I had seen this mark before. As I was doing some color research, I stumbled upon this. http://www.colorvoodoo.com/color_theory.html
Pretty much the exact mark, but without your use of color and gradients. Just thought you should know that this mark is floating around on the internet. ;) I still stand by your type solution. It's excellent!

why does a logo getting so much praise have a rating of 3.9?? it's not against the rules to give great work 5 stars!
