For me i see it much more better than the old one, & I see it as if it is something about helping & getting support from other people.

Someing that is like helping older people,, if this is what you are seeking I just would advices you to just elongate the person on the right side to be aligned with the end of the person of the left side; just to show that the person on the right is older than the one on the left.
