It's a lovely shape but the first thing I thought of when seeing it was Alienware, which may be more my baggage rather than yours!

not neccessarily, I just think you need to change the way they are drawn. I'd do some research into tribal masks etc. But what is it for anyway?

Alien plant life.

The swooshes coming in at the bottom of the eye have a nice opportunity to continue up and flow right into the eye shape.
