It looks to me like you added the eye of the hawk last minute. It's style doesn't match the rest of the mark. If you reduced the size of the head, you probably don't need a lot of the detail. Maybe just an outlined silhouette.

I agree with KGB, you should reduce the eye, everything else is great... By the way: Hyperlogo, that´s a hawk, not an eagle, its´s written there...

It looks good, I agree with the eye not really matching the rest of the style...

Other than that, it really says sports team logo, but golf, I think of golf as way more finess, and classic. So I don't think it fits the bill...

i REALLY like this logo, but if i was to redo that eye i'd make the tail to the left curve a bit to follow the shape of the head as well. it also needs to be a little more jagged, even if just on that left hand tail section to make it look like part of the same design.
