If you rotate the mark 90 degrees counter clockwise, the mark will also read as the letter 'M' for 'MONTICON'. ;-) Otherwise, this logo has a great feel to it.

If you rotate it the black part isn't that clear anymore... This way, you see bolt and the arrows (forces) which was the primary idea (steel constructions). Thanks for the comment...
