I dont believe this concept has the clearest message as the imagery would suggest you search for people whilst the title suggests you search for jobs rather.

The profile reminds me of the Shadow ; ) and looks a little hawkish. Have you tried variations on the slope of the nose, or shortening the width of the eye? Maybe curving the eye at the bottom of the stroke so it gives a suggestion of a smile, perhaps? Otherwise I do like the concept. Nice job.
