No, I don't think so, the style is totally different and anyway they can't copyright a Flying Horse or Pegasus. In terms of the design and look its different enough. Great job I say!

The horse is excellent! Red works well. Not sure the faint diagonal lines are needed, kinda clash with the angle of the type.

Romet wants a sign similar to old pegasus www.romet.pl ... so we cant use a dragon or octopus :)
Im not really like a typo, what do you think ?

I agree with mr2creative. Anything you can't see in the thumbnail on the page prior, but can see on the detail page is likely to small, intricate or fussy for proper logo usage. While I like the look and feel of it, you could run into reproduction issues. Could you stitch those lines or even the flares onto a hat? But I don't want to get too down on you. I love the style and execution, colour type and enclosure are all great!

Ladnie - nice :) However, I think the "current pegasus":http://www.uprp.pl/patentwebaccess/patentImage.aspx?id=4339394&numer=-1 looks more unique and appropriate for the motor industry with its sharp angles. You said Romet wants to change their logo - do you know the reasoning behind this idea? Pozdrawiam :)
