Well...unfortunately the concept of two rotating arrows is pretty commonplace these days. And all your type and graphics seem to just kind of float in space - there's nothing really grounding them or linking them to one another. And you also need to tighten up your spacing between your type.

I'm not suggesting you abandon this concept, but you should definitely try to refine it some more. Keep working at it and post your progress.
