I just went to your site (if thats you) and I have to say that you are a very gifted painter and also I like your web work. That said, keep working on your logo design skills you have some good stuff it just needs more work. Type, placement, composition, kerning, kerning, kerning. Keep at it.

I like the treatment for the 'ap', but property needs to be spread out kerning wise. The font for guru doesn't work for me. It is hard to read and doesn't flow with the rest. The splash of color is not needed. You can't tell what it is supposed to represent and with the positioning it is just a distraction.
