This is interesting but layout, balance and proportions are bugging me.

This is great... but I think the length of the head or the or overall icon is kind of bothersome.

Interesting indeed. In addition to the other "nit-picky" comments, the mouth or chin seems off. He/she doesn't look very passionate. ;-) Or maybe its the chin. Would it look funny if the chin followed the same angle as the nose and forehead? Just a thought. Even so, good job.

Thanks for the comments.
And to you Ocularink... Yes, its true that there is something about the face thats off. I did the logo a few years ago, and if I did it today, it would hopefully look different :-)

My first reaction: weird...

it reminds me of gotham city for some reason... maybe the stylistic approach. I like it a lot tho, ya the face is a bit grotesque, but doesn't seem to bother me too much. I might make the website in a lighter type, if you retouch it at all.

it sort of has an art deco feel to it, I like it a lot.

If I was to critique anything on this, I would say the wing feels a little heavy compared to the face. If the top of the wing's lines were the same thickness and the lines got thinner towards the bottom, it might help. Otherwise, beautiful!
