This may not work, but what if the top of the 8 were blue? That way, we still see the 8, but "studio" is apparent from the very beginning. It's nice now, too, but I'm just thinkin :)

thanks for you constructive feedback. I tried some space between the two. I have also tried a different colour. I felt that the natural flow is lost ...and that its not necessary to emphasize something that I feel communicates just as well. But hey ...Im blind;)
