nice stuff mucho!.. not sure about the reflection in the type.. the gradient works well in the shield/pen mark.. but id lose it on the type & perhaps reduce the name just a little too, for me, at the moment there seems to be a struggle for attention from the two... good work nonetheless..

This is gorgeous! Fantastic work. I really think you've nailed the font choice as well--the sharp serif with the curves perfectly compliments the pen icon.
