Not making any accusations, but I have seen that tribal figure before.

"Not making any accusations, but I have seen that tribal figure before." - me, too.

I made a search on the net but I didn't found it. All I can say is that I saw that image somewhere in the 90s as a free stock image.

Lawrence Anderson said on May. 02 '08

Yea, I have seen it in more than one logo in the 90s. One was for a bag company here in the bay area, and another was on a CD. I can't remember the names for either though :/. Coulda sworn the bag company was Crunkle or Crinkle or something to that affect. Anyways, I would suggest changing that part of the logo.

10x for the comments guys ;)

First of all please excuse my bad english.

Well I had that dilemma drawing that cute little hunter ... I had the bad feeling (I am sure all of you guys knows what I mean) my ancient hunter is very similar to something I saw somewhere before (surfing internet or watching tv) but unfortunately I didn't find it then ...

After time accidentally I have watched on tv a film about "Kokopelli" (film I already have watched before) and then I have realized where my dilemma comes from ;)

But if you make a short research about "Kokopelli" "Wikipedia":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kokopelli "Google":http://images.google.bg/images?q=kokopelli&ie=UTF-8&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&sa=N&tab=wi you will see that my hunter is not a cloning of "the flute guy" but his brother, which feeds entire tribe ;) ...

If you are interested about the destiny of my logo - as "Tatonga" it was stoped (the client stops entire project) and after time that logo was bought by "H2 Digital Design"

**I am pretty sure you can NOT find exactly the same symbol as free clipart or logo or whatever - just because I drew it on a white empty sheet (as always I do), yes subconsciously I have used "Kokopelli" as reference but not clone it ;)**

lawrence - i think the bag company you are talking about is 'crumpler'. but their logo is quite different.

10x again for the good words guys ;)

Lawrence Anderson said on May. 08 '08

Dale, they still have a guy with dreads, but I think it used to be the kokopelli back in the day.

daleharris said on May. 20 '08

I am pretty sure that is the way it has always looked.

Respiro, I think you might have the word 'same' confused with the word 'similar'.. just to be fair. ;)
