you people have no idea what your talking about. this logo reads j2 but your joseph maguire the 3RD. i know your trying to be clever with the 3 I's but it's not working. don't listen to these fools, you need to go back to the drawing board.

Thanks for your feedback climax, but I do really like the abstraction just the way it is. Everyone has an opinion logo mockery... in the end I dont have to defend mine the work speaks for itself.

for future reference you can head off unwanted critiques, by adding a red flag to your logo. the grey flag means that while you aren't looking for critiques, they are welcome.

I think this is a great logo, but maybe not the best use. It makes me think of a financial institution, not a graphic designer.

I read it as 'J2' also, but i understand that is an extreme abstraction of 'J III'. In any case i think it's a great logo, simple and sophisticated at the same time.

Nice mark. I can see why people are saying they read JII.. 1st glance at the thumb I actually took JM but thats just me I guess.. either way it begs for a 2nd look and would work just fine if your name appeared beside it.. most people like a little visual puzzle every now and then.. makes em feel all special when they "get it"
